Town Permit Approved

As the need for more affordable homes continues to grow, we slog through the process of site plan review by the Town and the State. All required Town and State permit applications have been submitted, and all related follow-up questions have been addressed. Final approvals for the State permits are pending. The Town of Underhill Development Review Board has voted to approve the subdivision permit, and a written decision has been issued. The project is currently within the 30-day appeal period, which ends on January 21.

While there are a few steps still in flux it looks promising to start work this spring!
