Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity Releases Housing Examples

Now that all the permits have been secured, our long-awaited dream for affordable homes is gaining momentum. Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity has been working with architects to design homes that will be super energy efficient and appropriate for the site.

Their plan right now is to construct 3 single family homes this year, 3 single family homes next year, and 1 duplex the following year, to total homes for 8 families.

Plans are being developed to hold a Green Mountain Habitat Information Session 5/14 @6pm at the Deborah Rawson Memorial Library.
