Now Accepting Contractor Bids

At last this affordable housing project is getting close to breaking ground! We anticipate beginning road and infrastructure construction this spring/summer, followed by home construction of 3 of the 8 homes this year. 

If you or someone you know might be interested in submitting a bid on this work, now is the time. Because of the federal and state funding that is helping to complete this project, the Request for Qualifications process is being handled through the Town of Underhill. In addition, there are a number of requirements that must be followed as set forth by the grants and will be explained in this bid document.

Sealed bids, labeled "Harvest Crossing" are due by 4/30/2026 at 2:00 PM and must be delivered to the Underhill Town Office located at 12 Pleasant Valley Road in Underhill, Vermont.
